Terms + Conditions for Events.
1. Event Registration and Payment
1.1. All event registrations must be completed and paid for in advance through our designated booking platform.
1.2. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this agreement.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1. Cancellations by Participants:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event will be eligible for a full credit to be used for future events.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.
2.2. Cancellations by Saltwater Spinal Flow:
In the rare event that the organiser cancels an event, participants will receive the option of a full refund or credit toward a future event.
3. Participation Requirements
3.1. Participants must disclose any medical conditions or injuries that may impact their ability to safely participate in activities. Saltwater Spinal Flow will not be liable for injuries or health issues resulting from undisclosed conditions.
3.2. All participants must sign a waiver of liability before attending the event.
4. Event Etiquette
4.1. Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid disrupting the event flow.
4.2. Respectful and mindful behavior is required to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees.
5. Health and Safety
5.1. By attending the event, participants confirm they are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that could prevent safe participation.
5.2. Any personal belongings brought to the event are the sole responsibility of the participant. Saltwater Spinal Flow is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
6. Liability Disclaimer
6.1. Saltwater Spinal Flow, its organisers, and instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by participants during the event unless caused by proven negligence.
6.2. Participation in any physical activity involves inherent risks, which are voluntarily assumed by participants.
7. Media Release
7.1. By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed or filmed. Saltwater Spinal Flow may use this media for promotional and marketing purposes.
7.2. If you prefer not to be included in media content, please inform the organiser prior to the event.
8. Weather and Location Changes
8.1. Events are subject to weather conditions. If rescheduling is required, participants will be notified promptly.
8.2. Any changes in event location will be communicated via email or phone.
9. Code of Conduct
9.1. Saltwater Spinal Flow reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who exhibits inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior, without a refund.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
10.1. Saltwater Spinal Flow reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of changes prior to the next event.
By registering for and attending a Saltwater Spinal Flow event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
